In a panel interview, candidates interview with more
than one person at the same time. Usually, each interviewer
takes a turn asking a question. Before the interview,
the interviewers need to agree on the format and process
for the interview. The questions should be agreed on
in advance to ensure the candidate is not unnecessarily
asked the same question by multiple interviewers. This
type of interview is considered more stressful for
the candidate, however it does ensure decision makers
to obtaining the same information for making a hiring
decision and it is more time efficient.
