Fred Crandall has thirty years of experience teaching, helping business leaders, and building enterprises within the human resource community. He CO-founded the Center for Workforce Effectiveness, which has blossomed into one of the premier boutique HR management consulting firms in the nation. Previously, he built the Alternative Rewards practice of a major international human resources management consulting firm, where he served as National Practice Director of Alternative Rewards. Fred launched his consulting career as a National Partner at Coopers & Lybrand, developing the firm's compensation practice. Prior to that, he taught at the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. He has authored and co-authored many books and articles, and has served as President of the American Society of Personnel Administrators (ASPA) Foundation. Fred holds a doctorate from the University of Minnesota, a Master's degree from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA and a Bachelor's degree from the University of California-Berkeley.

John Bremen has served companies in the human resources field, as both a management consultant and a corporate HR manager since 1985. Most recently, he was a Partner with the Center for Workforce Effectiveness. Prior to that, he worked at The Walt Disney Company as the person in charge of developing and managing reward and recognition programs for a portfolio of businesses associated with what is now Walt Disney Imagineering. At Disney, he helped incubate businesses including Disney Vacation Club, Celebration, The Disney Institute, Disney's America, and the Disney Cruise Line. He began his career as a management consultant with a Chicago management consulting firm specializing in organization effectiveness. John holds a Master's in Management degree from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor's degree from Northwestern University.

Maggi Coil has been building communities within the human resources profession since the beginning of her thirty-year career in HR. Her contributions have been recognized by President Clinton with her appointment to the Federal Salary Council. She is also a member of the Labor Policy Association FLSA Taskforce in Washington DC. In 1997, she was elected Chair of the Board of the American Compensation Association and served as a member of its Executive Committee. She has been called as an expert witness in Civil Rights cases and testified before committees of the U.S. House and U.S. Senate on labor law reform issues. Maggi was formerly Partner with the Center for Workforce Effectiveness, as well as serving as Corporate Compensation Director for Motorola's global operations. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago. Maggi completed her undergraduate studies at The Ohio State University and Capital University.

Rob Wolcott brings unique experience and insight into the integration of technology and organizational structures. In addition to serving as a board member of several technology start-up companies, Rob is Director of Innovation for the new business incubator XL Vision, Inc. While completing a Ph.D. at Northwestern University's McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Science, he has taught both graduate and undergraduate courses in technology strategy, and served as a consultant to numerous firms including Xerox, United Technologies, and Diamond Technology Partners. Rob holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree from Northwestern University.

Paul Schindler has spent his career developing technology to support human resource information systems. The company he founded, Schindler & Associates, specializes in developing customized and user-friendly interfaces, websites and database applications for Fortune 500 companies and start-ups. Previously, Paul worked as an internal technology consultant at Baxter International. He began his career in management consulting, where he specialized in developing software applications that made human resource administration and analysis more effective. Paul holds an MBA from Clarkson University and a Bachelor's degree from Skidmore College.

Mark Schindler brings sophisticated design and project management expertise to hrVillage.com. Since 1994, Mark has been a Principal at Schindler & Associates, where he has directed major assignments in application design for HR-related websites and databases. He began his career designing architecture in the physical world. As project manager for Diller + Scofidio, he managed the design and production of major exhibits and installations. Courtney Mann has spent much of his career studying workforce issues in Silicon Valley. At the Center for Workforce Effectiveness, he has been a management consultant to Perrier, Borden, Sony, and Learning Curve International. Prior to that, he studied under noted human capital management experts Professors Richard Scott and Michael Hannan at Stanford University's widely regarded Organizational Behavior Program, where he holds a Masters Degree as well as a B.A.
