George Baker is Harvard Business School's MBA Class of 1966 Professor of Business Administration in the Organizations and Markets department. Prior to joining Harvard, he worked both as a consultant with Temple, Barker, and Sloane, and as a marketing manager with Teradyne, Inc. He is Associate Editor of the Journal of Financial Economics, and a director of Clear Communications, Inc. His work is published in a broad array of prestigious financial and economic Journals. George has both a PhD in Business Economics and an MBA from Harvard University.

Mike Johnson is Senior Vice President for Williams Energy, responsible for guiding all aspects of human resources for that 23,000-employee organization. Mike also serves as senior officer for the parent company and a Director of several Williams subsidiaries. He is both a director of the Executive Leadership Council Foundation and chairman of its Technology Transfer Program. Previously, he held senior level human resource positions for Amoco Corporation and Martin Marietta.

Prior to joining Mellon, Charlie held senior-level global human resource positions at Eastman Kodak Company and Joseph E. Seagram & Sons.
