NLRB National Labor Relations Board

The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) is an independent Federal agency that enforces the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA). The NLRB oversees secret-ballot elections to determine whether employees want union representation and they investigate and remedy charges of unfair labor practices by employers and unions.
